• Sketches or drawings are presented by the client and an estimate is given for a pattern and sample
• Lead times are agreed and materials, leathers and fittings are sent to the studio
• The design is clarified and technical issues are discussed
• Continual communication is maintained throughout the pattern making and sampling stage
• The bag is complete and forwarded by courier to the client
• A costing is given for small production where requested
• Production costs agreed, patterns are held for future orders
