We may be partway through January, but does anyone else feel a little muddled? Not quite into the full swing of 2020, perhaps still writing 2019? Well, us too.
In an attempt to overcome the confusion, we’re having conversations about our goals and aspirations, looking at 2019 constructively from both a personal and professional level and setting, what we hope, are realistic goals for a positive 2020.
When looking at January articles, we came across one that speaks of a Roman god named Janus; from him, came the month January (although some reports suggest it originated from the Roman goddess, Juno.) He is usually depicted as having two faces, one that looks into the past and the other looking towards the future. He was the god of choices, transitions and doors that represent beginnings and endings — rather fitting for our January month.
So, whether you’re on a ‘new year new me’ path or just taking each day as it comes, we’re sending positive thoughts and wish you all the best for this coming year!
